Farmhouse Ranch Style Meets Lake House Renovation

Board-and-batten siding in a soft sage green now wraps the single-level home. A gabled entry and a covered front porch with simple wood posts complete the look. Inside, the team reworked the original flat ceiling into a grand vaulted living and dining space. That change opened the whole front of the home to natural light. Because the home came down to its framing, East Tennessee Contractors also ran all new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical throughout. Outside, composite decking and cable handrails now frame an unobstructed lake view. New siding, roofing, and exterior details completed the transformation.
