Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
We complete residential and commercial projects across all of Tennessee—and take on select out-of-state builds depending on scope and location.
How Do You Ensure Projects Stay On Budget and On Schedule?
We manage all major trades in-house, which means fewer delays and tighter budget control. From day one, you’ll get a clear timeline and transparent cost estimate — and we provide consistent updates throughout the build to avoid surprises.
Can I Use My Own Plans or Ideas?
Absolutely. Whether you have blueprints or just a vision, we’ll help turn your ideas into a fully customized plan that fits your space, timeline, and budget.
How long does the build process take?
Typically a project 2,000 Sqft or less takes 4-6 months once we start construction. Projects larger than that vary between 6-12 months depending on how big, how intricate, and how the seasons treat us!
What Makes You Different From Other Contractors?
Unlike many contractors, our entire team is in-house — from framers and electricians to plumbers and project managers. That means fewer delays, more control, and consistent quality from start to finish.
Can I provide some of the materials or do some of the work myself?
Yes you can. The only catch to you doing some of the work yourself is that we will take that scope of work out of our warranty for any trades the customer self-performs.
