Custom Architecture on a Century Farm
From the road, the gabled exterior and stone-accented porch set the tone. Inside, we ran beam-lined ceilings and wood slat accents for a cozy, modern lodge feel. Tall 10′ ceilings open up each room, and we vaulted the living room and primary suite for extra height and light. We selected every finish for a clean, modern style that will still read well in twenty years.
The Custom Kitchen: Bold, Bright, and Built for Gatherings
We placed the kitchen at the center of the floor plan, open to the living room. We installed a quartz countertop with waterfall edges and a matching backsplash for a seamless, bold look. Natural light reaches across the prep surfaces, and the lighting plan keeps evenings bright without glare. The layout leaves real room to move around the island, and the oversized kitchen and living area gives holiday dinners the space they need.
The Custom Primary Suite and Private Spaces
We vaulted the primary bedroom and paired it with soft textures for a quieter feel. The oversized luxury tile shower reads like a spa and cleans up fast. His and Hers closets divide the storage. Two additional bedrooms and a dedicated office round out the plan, with the office positioned away from the bedrooms so calls stay separated.

A 16′ gliding back door opens the living room onto a massive back porch sized for daily use and big gatherings. We used suspended, stamped concrete for strength and style, and specified cable rails so the rails never interrupt the pasture view.

Under the finishes, we invested in the bones. 2×6 exterior walls and cellulose insulation add strength and thermal comfort. Solid poured block work and an oversized foundation add long-term stability. Andersen series windows bring in light while helping manage energy use. Concrete porches stand up to weather and wear. These choices protect the home now and for the generations that follow.
